Your order will be sent either:

Royal Mail First Class signed for.

Royal Mail Special Delivery

We currently do not dispatch outside the UK, but please sign up to our mailing list as this is something that we are looking to change in the near future.

All items sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service are fully tracked and insured and should arrive the next working day after dispatch.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within three working days unless otherwise stated. Made to order items can take anything from 2-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece from receipt of order and deposit . If, however, you require something urgently then please contact eleanor@els-creations.com where she will be happy to discuss options.

Please ensure that your postal details are complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses due to customer errors.

Packaging

Your jewellery will be presented in beautiful branded packaging.

For orders over £50 a free jewellery cleaning cloth is included to help keep your jewellery sparkling.

All jewellery comes with a care card.

Your order will be posted in eco-friendly postage envelopes or boxes to help protect them during delivery. If the packaging is damaged on receipt please photograph before opening. Please check the contents carefully and notify us immediately of any damage to the item.
