Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your hand-crafted piece. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason Eleanor is happy to adjust, exchange or refund your order. Please contact eleanor@els-creations.com

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.
  • Please be aware that bespoke pieces, which have been created just for you cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • The customer is responsible for postage costs (unless faulty or damaged in which case please contact eleanor@els-creations to discuss). We recommend that you return items using the same method of delivery - especially high cost items as they will be insured against loss by the Royal Mail.
  • If the item is faulty, please let me know immediately and I will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Policy

We can arrange a full refund on the understanding that the piece(s) are returned in perfect condition and returned in the original packaging. The piece(s) will be assessed on their return and provided it is deemed in good condition a refund can take place.
